Have You Try The Fiery Spicy Dry Mala Hot Pot?

Most of us would have enjoyed the Sichuan hot pot before. With its vast ingredients and spicy oil soup base, you get to have your meal with a fiery kick.

Now, joining the spicy trend is the mala hot pot of dry version. It is almost similar to the original Sichuan hot pot. However, this variant does not have any soup base and is instead cooked with chilli peppers and likes.

The few mala hot pot stores that pop up have since gained a large following in Kuala Lumpur. Usually, when you patron the restaurant, you first select the ingredients you want to have. Then, you let the staff weights the ingredients you picked. Once done, just order how you would like the ingredients to be cooked. You are allowed to separate the ingredients and have it prepared in different spiciness level.

Of course, you can also add on some drinks or sides to ensure your throat and stomach won’t be burning in pain. After that, just be seated and wait for your food to be cooked. A simple yet spicy meal is now ready to light your taste buds on fire.
