Laugh Out Loud at Comedy Central Stand-Up, Asia 2018!

Who’s in for stand-up comedies?

Because we all know—nothing feels better than a good laugh!😆😆😆

Watching live performances by the comedians speaking to us, telling stories, jokes, monologues or anything FUNNY is one of the best things in life.

This is why watching Youtubers like Arwind Kumar and SoI’mJenn is so satisfying.

Hence, if you’re interested in humorous talks, Comedy Central Stand-Up Asia 2018 is back for the third time this weekend! Yessss, it’s right tomorrow on the 7th of July (Sat), 8.30pm at HGH Convention Centre!

Who’s coming?

There’ll be 14 well-known comedians from various countries, including Ahmed Ahmed (US) (as the host), Aiko Tanaka (JPN), Victor Anastacio (PH), Jocelyn Chia (SG), Justin Rivera (PH/US), Jennifer Hsiung (CHINA), Jinx Yeo (SG), Dwayne Perkins (US), Esther Ku (US), Kuah Jenhan (MY), Helen Hong (US), Hung Le (VT), Joanne Kam(MY) and Sugar Sammy (CAN).

Joanne Kam has been doing stand-up comedy shows for 26 years, and she’s been trying hard to spread the positive energy of confidence and self-acceptance. Initially aiming to pursue the career of acting, she started doing comedies after being selected in an audition in Singapore.

Having a carefree and cheerful character, I bet you can hear Esther Ku’s clear voice and laughter miles and miles away. She even gave a tip for females to avoid sexual harassment: talk more about poop💩! 😂

Aha! You must know Dwayne Perkins if you’re into U.S. stand-up comedies. He has his own comedy special up on Netflix, so check it out if you want to know more about him.

Many might have known Aiko Tanaka from Fast&Furious, but have you seen her being herself sharing the awkward moments of her life on stage?

There are so many other fantastic comedians coming too 😍 And the best part is, they all have their very own style.

Any familiar faces that you recognize?

“You must come! 14 comedians from all over Asia!”, quoting Joanne Kam to all Malaysians.

Psss…They’re telling jokes that only Asians can understand *whispers* You might want to clean your ears for the hilarious moments of the night😜

On a side note, you might want to take Grabcar or public transport there instead of driving as it’s quite hard to find a parking spot in the area.

So grab your tickets from RM100 onwards here!

p/s: if you can’t make it for this show, don’t worry, catch them in Singapore on the 13th of July (Fri), 8.30pm at Victoria Theatre~

Spread the news for more joy and laughter!
